Along with the existing Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) service, Energy Saving Central (ESC) are now offering Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) services for the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire regions (also parts of the Cotswolds).   Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) decreases the insurance on properties for Let and are a legal requirement for Flats and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) in this country.    

An important document relating the FRA is a detailed floor-plan of the property to include the location of utility services, particularly electricity, water and gas.   This must be easily located by fire personnel and the responsible person for the property.

ESC is offering fire risk assessment with a low cost floor-plan service (subject only to the size and compexity of the property), provided by a fully qualified and accredited test and inspection professional.
